1. After power on, the motor does not rotate: first check the power cord, plug and socket, and replace them if damaged; if there is no problem, check whether the band switch or rheostat is damaged or disconnected; if it is damaged or disconnected, replace the damaged components and re weld the wiring; if there is no problem, check whether the motor winding is disconnected or disconnected (internal), and if the wiring coil is disconnected, it is OK Rewinding. In case of internal open circuit, rewind the coil only. Generally, the sludge dewatered by the vehicle mounted screw stacking sludge dehydrator is easier to store and transport than the concentrated or liquid sludge. Generally, the sludge is required to be dewatered before incineration to remove the moisture of the sludge and increase the calorific value. 2. 2. Large spark between commutator and electric brush: check whether the surface of commutator is smooth. If the surface is not smooth, it can be polished with sandpaper. If the contact between electric brush and commutator is poor, it can be polished with fine sandpaper to readjust the coordination between electric brush and commutator. If the electric brush has problems, it can only be replaced. If there are no problems above, it is necessary to check whether there are local defects in magnetic field coil Short circuit (the current is directly connected to the two poles of the power supply without using electrical appliances) or the coil to the ground, or the rotor coil has local short circuit or open circuit. The sludge dewatering equipment commonly used in the stacked screw sludge dewatering machine are: Belt Thickening and dewatering integrated machine, belt vacuum filter, stacked screw sludge filter press, drum thickening and dewatering integrated machine, plate and frame filter press, belt filter press, etc. No matter which one of the magnetic field coil and rotor coil is broken, rewind the magnetic field coil or rotor coil.

3. There is no cooling in the centrifugal chamber: the refrigeration of the stacked screw sludge dehydrator adopts the compression type single-stage evaporation cycle refrigeration, and there must be two systems in the refrigeration process. One is control system, the other is refrigeration system. It can be seen that if the centrifugal chamber does not cool down (that is, it does not cool down), it may be that the control system and the refrigeration system are in trouble. First check and confirm whether the control system or the refrigeration system is in trouble. If the refrigeration compressor is running and the centrifugal chamber does not cool down, it may be that the refrigeration system is leaking or blocked, so it is necessary to check the leakage of the refrigeration system and add fluorine again; if the refrigeration compressor is not running, it is the fault of the control system. First, check whether the temperature setting value and display change of the centrifugal chamber are normal. If it is normal, check the plugs and wiring of the ventricular temperature sensor and the plug board Whether the contact is good, whether the compressor starter (PTC) is damaged, and whether the compressor coil is broken, check and solve one by one.
