1. The motor turns but the speed is slow.

Causes: insufficient capacitance or leakage of capacitance, the motor dewatering bucket can not hold the spindle, and the brake is too tight.

Solution: ask the dehydrator owner whether the dehydrator can run quickly before it breaks down; if it can, it is the capacitor leakage, and then replace the capacitor of the same model. If it can not run fast before, it needs to change a capacitor with larger capacity. If there is a problem with the main shaft, it is necessary to fix the main shaft and the dewatering bucket. If there is a problem with the brake, adjust the iron plate connected to the brake.

2. When the power is turned on, it is found that the dehydrator does not work;

Maintenance method: use a multimeter to measure whether the plug of the dehydrator is in good contact with the socket; after ensuring that the dehydrator is still not working after power on, rotate the timer for a certain time, pull up the brake, and manually rotate the dehydrating bucket. If the dehydrating function rotates normally and runs well, it can be judged that the capacitor is damaged. It only needs to change a capacitor of the same specification.

3. The motor doesn't move.

Causes and solutions:

Capacitance: the solution is that the motor rotates slowly.

Timer: detection and solution: rotate the timer to a certain position and observe whether the timer is normal. If it is abnormal, replace the timer. If it is normal, cover the cover of the dehydrator and find out the two wires from the timer. Use a multimeter to detect whether the two wires are connected. If it is not connected, the timer has a problem. If it is connected, the timer is normal.

Motor: detection and solution: use the ohm gear of the multimeter to detect the two windings of the motor. One probe is connected to the common end of the winding, and the other probe is connected to the other end of the winding respectively. If the disconnection is detected, the motor winding is broken. At this time, you can check whether the motor has external problems. If not, you can connect the wire. If not, you can only replace the motor.
