The sludge storage tank is of rectangular or circular structure, equipped with horizontal stirring screws and hydraulic moving slides. At the bottom, there is a large-diameter rectangular discharge port. It is an excellent choice for low-cost storage of a large amount of materials to be treated.
Main features:
The stirring blades adopt a 45° angle cutting design, which not only significantly improves the stirring efficiency but also has the functions of pushing and turning materials. Each stirring shaft is separately driven by an independent drive unit. The structure is simple, with low failure rate, stable operation, and low noise. The hydraulic moving slide is close to the bottom of the tank, mainly serving to break the dam and feed materials, and also has a certain auxiliary stirring function. The entire sliding frame adopts a box structure, which can transport the paste in the storage tank to the discharge port. The sliding frame and the storage tank are connected by a hinge structure, with good lubrication effect, low wear, and low operating resistance.
