This equipment is mainly used for the transportation of grit, sludge and other semi-fluid substances. It is usually used in conjunction with grit removal grates, spiral sludge dewatering machines, belt filter presses, and spiral grit compression machines, etc., for the treatment of sludge and mud.

Structure and Working Principle

The screw conveyor is a non-axial screw conveyor, mainly consisting of a drive device, non-axial screw, frame, etc. The material is fed into the feed hopper and lifted by the rotation of the screw blades to be discharged from the outlet. This equipment can be installed horizontally or at an angle.
