Product Overview
The KDYTY type integrated automatic dosing device is widely used as an auxiliary equipment in municipal water treatment and sewage sludge treatment. It can continuously and efficiently complete the polymer reaction and mixing to obtain a homogeneous active polymer solution. It can operate 24 hours a day and the preparation concentration can be 0.1% - 0.5%, with a curing time of up to 60 minutes.

Working principle:
The jet mixer is used to disperse the reagent or powder particles with high-speed hydraulic force, increasing the fineness and enhancing the contact between the reagent or powder particles and water. The contact area is reduced, thereby shortening the dissolution time. The three-chamber overflow system is combined to prepare the mature solution and the distribution. The difference in specific gravity caused by gravity and solubility is utilized to automatically separate the dissolved and undissolved substances, and then they are further mixed by the low-speed stirrer to improve the uniformity of the solution.
