Construction principle
The main structure of kdnlg type non-metallic inner inlet orifice plate fine (membrane) grating is filter orifice plate, chain wheel, theme frame, flushing system and slag collection parts, grating shell, drive motor, system seal, etc.
Filtration principle: the sewage to be filtered enters the interior of the grid from the middle of the inlet frame of the orifice plate grid, and the sewage flows through the orifice plate from both sides of the grid. The suspended substances such as filter slag, hair, fiber and other suspended substances are intercepted on the inner wall of the orifice plate. When the whole filter orifice is running, the material intercepted on the inner wall is lifted up to the top. The pressure flushing water pipe is set on the outside of the top orifice plate, and the water pipe is pressurized through pressure The pressure water will wash the orifice plate automatically, wash the residue material from the intercepted filter into the collecting tank below the inner side of the orifice plate, and finally, the conveying tank will flow to the slag press for pressing and dewatering treatment. The whole filtration process and press dehydration are carried out in continuous and automatic state.
