Low temperature sludge drying equipment is a kind of treatment technology that uses the dry air generated to circulate in the system, and provides heat energy to indirectly heat the sludge. Combined with heat transfer, mass transfer and sludge agitation, it can speed up the sludge drying efficiency. The water content of plate and frame filter press, belt filter press, screw stacking dehydrator and centrifugal dehydrator can be reduced from 80% ~ 85% to 10% The dried mud below. This technology can reduce the sludge volume by 1 / 4, only need to consume electric energy, no other auxiliary energy, energy consumption is 1 / 3 of the conventional electric heating or direct heating drying equipment. However, if the customer has waste steam or waste hot water above 70 ℃, the heat energy subsidy of waste heat can be used to greatly reduce the energy consumption of sludge drying. The system has no special requirements for external humidity and temperature, and the whole system can continue to operate with high efficiency.

In the process of dehumidification and drying, this product has no waste gas emission. At the same time, the latent heat and sensible heat of water vapor are recovered, and the recovered heat is used to supplement the heat required for sludge drying and heating, so the energy consumption of sludge drying can be greatly reduced.

Process principle:

1. Dehumidification and drying is to recover the latent heat of water vapor and sensible heat of air in the exhaust air. The heat pump drying unit adopts the principle of reverse Carnot cycle, and uses a small amount of electricity to drive the compressor to do work, so as to cool the water vapor in the indoor air through the evaporator to condense water, and then discharge it out of the room, and then increase the temperature through the condenser.
