KDAF - L series micro electric Mira air floatation is a fourth generation super efficient high-speed water purification equipment designed and developed by our company, which is dedicated to the water distribution and water collection integrated module of air floatation.

Application field

1. White water pulp recovery and water recovery.

The main working principle of the water distribution and water collection integrated module for air flotation is shown in the figure below: the dissolved air water and the water enter the water distribution area evenly after mixing in the main water inlet pipe, and multiple inclined plate forced separation modules are set in the separation area to guide the water flow upward through the design of forced co flow direction. The heavier impurities will first precipitate in the bottom mud bucket, while the lighter oil, fat, small suspended solids and micro nano particles The scum will float on the surface and be collected in the sludge tank by the slag scraping device, while the clean water will enter the water collecting chamber through the water collecting plate and be collected in the water collecting area through the main water collecting pipe.

Technical advantage

1. Small area and high surface load: the processing capacity of the same size separation area is 3 to 5 times that of the traditional dissolved gas floatation through unique patented technology, which greatly reduces the floor area and energy consumption of the equipment.

2. Stainless steel is used, and has strong corrosion resistance, which is more suitable for various water quality requirements than traditional air floatation.

3. The design of two-stage slag scraper is adopted. The load of slag scraper is not large and the operation is stable and not easy to be damaged.

4. The outlet can be equipped with automatic regulating valve, which can be automatically adjusted according to the liquid level and controlled automatically without manual intervention.
