Product Overview

The spiral sludge dewatering machine follows the principles of force-water in the same direction, thin-layer dewatering, appropriate pressure application, and extended dewatering path, solving the technical problems of previous generations of sludge dewatering equipment such as easy clogging, inability to handle low-concentration sludge and oily sludge, high energy consumption, and complex operation, and achieving the dewatering goal. The dewatering machine can realize flocculation under fully automatic operation conditions, and continuously complete sludge concentration and compression dewatering work, and finally return or discharge the collected filtrate. It is widely used in municipal sewage treatment projects and water treatment systems in industries such as aquaculture, food, starch, oil, pharmaceuticals, chemicals, papermaking, leather, etc. Our company's easily maintainable spiral sludge dewatering machines currently have 16 specifications and models, to adapt to different sludge treatment volumes and different requirements of customers.

When the equipment is in operation, the sludge enters the filter cylinder through the inlet and is pushed by the spiral blades towards the discharge port. As the pitch of the spiral shaft's blades gradually decreases, the pressure on the sludge also increases continuously, and under the pressure's effect, the sludge begins to dehydrate. Water flows out through the gap between the fixed ring and the moving ring, and the equipment relies on the self-cleaning function between the fixed ring and the moving ring to clean the filtration gap and prevent blockage. After the sludge cake is dehydrated, it is pushed by the spiral shaft and discharged from the discharge port. The stacked spiral-shaped sludge dewatering machine's main body is formed by the stacked fixed ring and moving ring, and the spiral shaft passes through it to form a filtration device. The front part is the concentration section, and the rear part is the dewatering section.

The filter gap formed between the fixed ring and the moving ring, as well as the pitch of the spiral shaft, gradually decreases from the concentration section to the dewatering section.

The rotation of the spiral shaft not only pushes the sludge from the concentration section to the dewatering section, but also continuously drives the moving ring to clean the filter gap to prevent blockage.
