Overview of the Belt-Type Deep Dewatering Machine
Based on the sludge treatment technology developed in Western developed countries, combined with China's national conditions and energy conservation and emission reduction policies, after extensive study and research on the sludge treatment technologies of domestic counterparts, and drawing on the strengths of various experts, with the help of research institutions such as Shanghai Jiao Tong University and Shanghai Tongji University, the company has developed a complete set of practical new technologies suitable for China's national conditions - sludge surface activation, wall-breaking modification and mechanical high-strength pressing deep dewatering integration technology. This technology can obtain sludge cakes with a higher solid content, thereby achieving high sludge moisture content and has been continuously optimized and improved in related nodes. Currently, it has formed a series of three specifications and models to meet different sludge treatment and customers' different needs.
The belt-type deep dewatering machine has four pressure filtration zones: low pressure, medium pressure, high pressure, and ultra-high pressure. The pressure filtration actions are all automatically controlled by pneumatic components, and the variable frequency speed regulation is adjusted according to the production volume and moisture content requirements. This dewatering equipment changes the traditional meaning of pressure filtration after sewage coagulation, but directly dries sludge in the form of paste-like sludge.
It is applicable to municipal sludge, petroleum refining and chemical processing, brewing and tanning, printing and dyeing, coal processing and mineral selection, biochemical pharmaceuticals, steel acid washing, chemical sugar production, food processing, etc. At the same time, the dehydrating effect on fruit juice extraction and drug residue from Chinese medicinal materials is more obvious.

Advantages: This system is easy to operate and has low running costs. After modification, the sludge can be directly filtered by the filter press for rapid dehydration without clogging and is a destroyer of oily and fibrous substances.
Main features: It can be directly connected to the original sludge outlet without additional configuration. It has a seamless connection without any transportation or pollution, completing the process from sludge input to sludge cake output in just a few minutes. This enables continuous production without the need to reserve intermediate storage areas. It is particularly suitable for upgrading and renovation projects, significantly reducing investment, operating costs, and environmental hazards in the sludge treatment and disposal process.
