KDAF-Q type super-effective micro-nano shallow air flotation
The KDAF-Q type shallow air flotation is a type of dissolved air flotation based on the pressurized dissolved air flotation method, and it incorporates the "shallow layer theory" and the "zero velocity principle".

Hydraulic retention time: 5 to 8 minutes
Hydraulic loading as high as 8 - 18m³/(m².h)
Technical Advantage
1. The effective water depth is relatively shallow, ranging from (750-950MM).
2. The hydraulic retention time in the pool is short, 3-8 minutes.
3. The purification capacity is large, meaning a high surface load.
4. The dissolved gas efficiency is as high as 95%, with an extremely strong anti-clogging ability.
5. All prefabricated components are assembled, no operation room is required. The equipment can be installed on a support structure or combined in multiple layers.
6. The removal capacity of insoluble suspended solids and oil can reach over 98%, and the COD removal rate can reach over 90%. The concentration of the sludge after concentration is 35%.
