The KDAF-L series micro-electric Dutch Mira air flotation equipment was independently designed and developed by our company. It is a fourth-generation ultra-efficient high-speed water purification device specifically developed for the water distribution and collection integration module of air flotation.

The main working principle of the integrated module for water distribution and water collection specifically designed for air flotation is shown in the following figure: The dissolved air water and the influent are mixed in the main water inlet pipe and then evenly enter the water distribution area. In the separation zone, multiple inclined plates are set to form a forced separation module. Through the forced co-flow design, the water flows upward. The heavier impurities will first settle in the bottom sedimentation tank, while the lighter oil, fat, and small floating substances combine with micro-nano air bubbles and follow the water flow to the top. The floating sludge will float on the surface and be collected by the sludge scraper into the sludge tank, while the clear water passes through the water collection plate and enters the water collection chamber, which is then collected in the water collection area through the water collection main pipe.

1. Small footprint and high surface loading: This enables a processing capacity that is 3 to 5 times higher than that of traditional dissolved air flotation under the same separation area, significantly reducing the equipment's footprint and energy consumption.
2. Made of stainless steel, with strong corrosion resistance, it is more suitable for various water quality requirements compared to traditional air flotation.
3. Two-stage sludge scraping device design, with a low sludge scraping device load and stable operation, less prone to damage.
4. An automatic regulating valve can be set at the outlet to automatically adjust according to the liquid level, achieving full automation control without the need for manual intervention.
