1. Please read this operation and maintenance manual, and understand the operation procedures and methods, so as to skillfully operate the dehydrator and its components.

2. Check whether the sludge dehydrator and its original parts are in good condition, and confirm that there is no debris left on the filter cloth and roller.

3. Check the oil level of the speed reducer.

4. Check whether the filter cloth position is correct.

5. Check whether the scraper is in proper contact with the filter cloth.

6. Check whether the tension of upper and lower filter cloth is appropriate, and adjust it to the same tension.

What should we pay attention to when operating the sludge dehydrator? Please keep in mind the eight important points!

1. Before operation, be sure to be familiar with the manual of the screw stacking machine, and have the most basic understanding of the screw stacking machine.

2. Make sure the screw is flexible and usable.

3. Run for 3-5 minutes, check whether the devices are normal!

4. Check whether the capacity exceeds the upper limit set by the machine.

5. Pay attention to uniform distribution when dewatering sludge machine to prevent machine vibration!

6. During the operation of the sludge machine, do not use the brake device to avoid accidents!

7. The top cover of the machine should not be free of sundries!

8. If there is heating and slipping phenomenon on the clock blue tape of the slave equipment, stop immediately, check the greasy tape, and wipe it with alcohol or gasoline for reuse.
