Structure and working principle

The main structure of scraper conveyor is composed of head, middle part and tail part. The working principle is that the open chute is used as the material bearing part, and the scraper is fixed on the chain (forming the scraper chain) as the traction component. When the driving part of the machine head starts, the chain wheel on the head shaft of the belt conveyor rotates to make the scraper chain circulate, and the animal material moves along the chute until it is unloaded at the machine head. The scraper chain bypasses the chain wheel for stepless closed cycle operation to complete the conveying of materials.
