working principle

The jet mixer is used to disperse the agent or powder with high speed hydraulic pressure, increase the fineness to improve the contact between the agent or powder and water, and reduce the dissolution time by the penetration area; the three tank overflow combination is used to prepare the mature and put into use gravity and solubility to produce the solution specific gravity difference. The dissolved and insoluble separation will be automatically separated and then stirred by the low-speed mixer to improve the uniformity of the solution.

Powder dosing system

1. Compact structure and good integrity. The device will install dosing metering pump and supporting pipeline valves, pressure gauge, solution tank, liquid level gauge and corresponding electrical control on the same frame base, and flexibly and conveniently combine them into various chemical dosing treatment units for various purposes, and complete the dissolution, preparation and injection of the solution.

2. There are many kinds of forms, such as two pumps, one box, three pumps, two boxes, four pumps, five pumps and two boxes.

3. The metering pump with flow range of 5-980l / h and pressure range of 1.0-26mpa is configured.

4. The volume range of solution tank is 0.5-5m3, and liquid level alarm can be configured.

5. The medium over-current part is made of stainless steel, carbon steel lining adhesive or UPVC, which has good corrosion resistance.

6. It can be controlled locally, remotely, manually and automatically.
